How do I join or renew my membership? Go to the “Membership” tab on the website and click on “Sign Up” or “Renew Membership”. Membership expires 1 year after purchase. If you do not use a computer, simply come to a VAPNA meeting and join at that time. How do I get a password? When you join or renew membership online, you will be able to designate a user name and password. I forgot my password. How do I login? Simply go to “Member Login”, “Forgot Password” and click on the tab. Can I change my password? Yes. Login to your profile and select “Change Password”. How do I change my e-mail address? Login to your profile and click on “Update Profile”. You can change other personal information and you can also upload a photo of yourself. It is important that your personal information be kept up to date in order to receive any announcements. Officers are not able to change or update your personal data. Can anyone post a job? No. To ensure website security, only officers can post jobs. However, we welcome any job opportunities and will be happy to post them. Officer contact information can be accessed under the “Officers” tab on the website. Are minutes of meetings available online? Yes. Simply go to the VAPNA, Inc. Homepage and click on “Minutes of Meetings”. How secure is the website? Can hackers obtain my credit card information or personal data? We are making every effort to ensure a secure website. We are currently using GeoTrust which provides secure e-commerce transactions with SSL certificates. I have some good ideas for the annual conference or for our meetings. How do I make suggestions? The VAPNA Administrative always welcomes suggestions and ideas. On the “Home Page”, click on Officers then call or email your ideas or suggestions. I would like to contribute to the VAPNA Scholarship Fund. How do I do this? Go to the VAPNA “Home Page”. Click on “Scholarships” then “Make a Donation”. If you are making a donation in honor of someone, please provide the name and address of the honoree so they can be officially notified by the Scholarship Committee.
